Liberty Falls is the absolute best. So professional and so compassionate. It's the gold standard for veterinary care.
Everyone is wonderful especially after surgery! Felt very loved and cared for. Surgery rates were considerably less then others in the area, but that did not mean I got less treatment or care.
Exceptional. Every one of the doctors and staff members. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Wonderful staff, reasonable and fair costs, and they're even sweet with Scooter, who's probably the worst patient they've got :) We recently lost our Border Collie, Loki, and I know that he got the best of care. I brought our new Border Collie rescue dog in to "meet the staff" this weekend and to have his first wellness exam. He was slightly apprehensive when he first walked in the door but a little spray cheese and he had friends for life :)
Wonderful people who keep you involved in what's going on with your pet's care, and who genuinely adore them! Even the troublemakers are treated with love. They have a wonderful update system that sends you appointment reminders and allows you confirm or cancel appointments remotely! Very cool perks and an outstanding veterinary clinic!! (My dogs are my career, I'm very picky about their care!!)
First visit- my pet loved it, responded immediately to warm, competent staff. All were so professional, friendly and competent. Dr G took her time and clearly cares and our dog has s complicated medical problem. Great experience! Many thanks
