Took 2+ weeks to get a new patient appointment, when I made the appointment I marked it on my calender. Never received a call or text reminder with my appointment time. Showed up for my appointment during their business hours and was told my appointment was earlier and that the Dr was gone for the day. No understanding or compassion from receptionist for the situation. She also had no response when I asked if their office does reminder calls, as this would have completely avoided this situation. Awesome staff! Very friendly, caring, helpful, & knowledgeable! Their glasses are also awesome too, always up to the best lastest trends! Their contacts are also great too! My husband and I have had a great experience at Liberty Eye Care! We wouldn't go anywhere else but here!
