Terrible service and this business should be investigated. My parents had an eavestrough installed last year. With the intense winter and heavy snow we had this season, the eavestrough failed and broke - understandably due to the heavy snow. They contacted the owner who came out to look at the damage. The owner stated and confirmed that the eavestrough is still under warranty and that he was going to be back by then end of the week to complete the repair; however he never returned. Amazing job done I am beyond satisfied, Brandon went over and above making dreams become a reality! A much needed complete roof repair done along with many beautiful updates. Thankful i chose this company as they were very informative and helpful, the job was completed efficiently AND it didn’t break the bank!!! 10/10
I understand everyone is busy these days due to the weather but when a potential customer calls requesting services I would have thought a call back would be in order….. Guess not ! It’s been 5 days and nothing ! Wouldn’t recommend based on the lack of customer support alone .
We where having problems with our roof due to snow and an ice dam. I contacted Liberty and was told he would be here in 2 days. No one showed, we where told the next day. No one showed. Finally 5 days later and 4 hours late we had a guy show up. He got on our porch with my husband and looked at the snow and dam. He noted the skylight. He told us he was going to need his work trailer and another guy to help, he would be back in 1 hour. Long story short. He never came back. No call, no text. So do I recommend this company? I hired Brandon, owner of Liberty Exteriors and Roofs. to replace my garage and shed roof for standing seam metal roof. We signed the contract and paid the deposit back in October 2024. I kept following up as to when he was installing the new roof, since according to the contract, this job had to be completed by the end of November 2024. Brandon kept making excuses and finally the first week of December, when it had already started to snow, he brought the material.
