Hace una semana hice un envío de 2 cajas a ecuador y la chica me dijo que si podía con pasaporte retirar la persona en dicho país . Y ahora no le pueden hacer entrega si no es alguien con cédula de ecuador . Y pague 93$ por el envío . La chica de verdad no tiene nada de empatía con las personas y no es suficientemente la adecuada para tratar con la gente en ese local .
La persona que atiende, no tiene ni la más mínima experiencia tratando al público, pésimo el servicio, deberían de buscar personas que de verdad quieran ayudar al cliente
