Liberty Doctors billed me for services I didn’t receive. It took many months of frustration and follow-up to get these financial mistakes corrected. The service overall service was poor, slow, and lacked effective communication. I am leaving this to warn others. The MD was happy to advise me and insist that I keep regular visits (every 1-2 weeks) to deliver services not provided and wait >. 1 hr to do a brief update that could have easily been completed via email, portal, or telehealth. They did not send my prescription to the pharmacy until the next day. My prescription needed pre authorization, which has not been done from 5 days ago. So I have a prescription sitting at Publix pharmacy in limbo. I would not recommend, I would give zero if I could!
Didn't schedule me with the specific doctor I requested after waiting a month on my visit.
