Dr. Dawson is a knowledgeable and very caring doctor. She really cares about her patients. She has always made me feel welcome and like my life mattered. I feel like I can be honest with her and speak to her about everything. I do not understand people who leave a bad review because they don't like what they are told. I hate to give a bad review, because I like Dr. Dawson and her staff. Last year, I feel like may have been overcharged a few times because I would pay at the front desk, then get a bill in the mail for what I thought I had already paid. I was not told as I was leaving that I was going to be charged again. The term “surprise bill” comes to mind. i just chalked it up to my ignorance, i supposed. My family and I have been with Dr. Dawson for several years and love how thorough and knowledgeable she is on so many issues involving our medical problems. She has an amazing insight to the connections and is deeply committed to helping us find the best treatments. I highly recommend her for anyone who has multiple conditions and worries about drug interactions.
I WOULD NOT REFER THIS WOMAN TO ANYONE!!! This was the WORSE doctor visit I ever had... Very Rude, Disrespectful the ENTIRE STAFF except for the nurse she was the ONLY one that was concern and very caring... I was being seen for Athritis and sickle cell pain i was swollen and this woman didn't care at all.. I just had to major surgery this year... I wish i had never gone here this lady is crazy she does not listem to your needs screams in your face told me she had demons in her house and seen 3 flying over Charleston my sis got killed an i asked for help bc im now facing depression an anxiety she told me god will fix it also b4 my apt about a week b4 she called in meds im not even on this lady needs help
