Dr. Jackson was amazing!!! This new doctor that they have (Dr.Dawson) is a joke my very first time meeting her she was very rude then proceeded to push her political and religious beliefs on me…. Waited until my medication was completely empty (adderall) not a drug you can just stop taking…. To tell me I needed to come in again after I had just seen her 30 days prior. Amazing service! Front desk lady was very helpful and kind. Great business. The office was clean and pleasant with good vibes. The doctor was very kind, helpful and understanding.
NEVER got a response from this office. Did finally get a callback from the Dr's office, after a week of trying. They still do not appear to be picking up the phones. ABOUT HAD IT with these folks. The Doctors are good, but the corporate structure and support are not. NO reply to a message from this Corp. Office. NO one picking up phones in Good Creek. New software preventing faxes and Dr. looking at recent labs and specialist visits. WHO RUNS A MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT THIS WAY?
