A day after I bought the car, the steering column was making a noise so I took it back and said if it can't be fixed they would take the car back. They assured me it would all be taken care of. My first clue should have been that they had to send the vehicle to another shop to have the a.c. fixed because they didn't service Buicks and then told me I would need to take it somewhere else to get the steering column fixed.
