we have been renting one bedroom from march 2018. As first rain came the was no borders between inside and outside of the apartment . It was raining inside of the apartment as well. It started to mold and be very humid after that in the apartment! Management didn’t do much about it till we contacted the owner company and the issue were fixed in 2 days , but when the rain came again the issue reappeared ! And again nobody did anything about it. Excited with the prospect of moving into this completely renovated community with such a rich history. Our tour guide, Tiara Edwards gave a personal touch and was very friendly and accommodating, and saw to it that all our questions were answered. This area has been brought back to life while respecting the original architecture and craftsmanship. Looking to move into the area. Called manager received great customer service. I was given all information I requested and will be able to make a better decision. I am highly considering moving to this location.
