First time using Liberty for salvage collection in midtown NYC. They were amazing. When you call, a human answers the phone and they are knowledgeable and helpful. They dropped off the bins on time. The next morning they were ready and waiting in their trucks for my team to bring the full bins out. The guys were polite and easy to talk to.
