Our floors bounce but we were told that is within spec and they refuse to fix it. HVAC, water heater and AC have all been serviced under warranty and the poles in the closets were installed with staples, not screws. We've not been here a year yet. We knew we were purchasing a home built on the cheaper side and have done several upgrades. The closets were too far.
Had a couple of minor issues (e.g. broken front door lock day1) but their repair folks worked it out eventually. Same thing with a bad sprinkler design, layout, implementation. Nice homes, overall!
