Had a couple of minor issues (e.g. broken front door lock day1) but their repair folks worked it out eventually. Same thing with a bad sprinkler design, layout, implementation. Nice homes, overall!
My buyer closed on his home in Derby today and is absolutely thrilled with his home and how smooth the process was. As the co-op agent, I have to point out how incredible Tony Huffman is to work with. He is highly communicative, a consummate professional and always one step ahead.
Ethan Baalmann was great to work with as the property manager of my new home. I know if I have any issues he will be there to help.
Communication was a huge issue along with follow through. I really wanted to say positive things and gave them multiple chances .
