Great communication and service. Did a good job fixing my bumper
I will not recommend this collision shop to anyone. My bumper was not placed properly and my wheel liner was not placed properly after they finished the repair. My car is still not functioning properly due to different codes that have to do with the accident that happened. I was given someone else's paperwork as well. They had to look up the codes on google due to not knowing what was going on. Because of the poor workmanship, my insurance now has to pay a different collision center to get it fixed right. Absolutely terrible job.
My son had a deer hit his vehicle and has insurance and the insurance company gave him a rental through Enterprise rental on Cincinnati Dayton road they're a great company me and my husband and are in business and when our fleet gets fully taken up we go to Enterprise rental truck and they are connected to Enterprise car and all the people there are very friendly and helpful and wonderful I highly recommend them that all being said I will say that Liberty collision were the shop that took care of my son's car now I will say ... read more
