Absolutely pathetic. I’ve had experiences with them twice where they completely mis diagnose the problem on my truck and try and charge an arm and a leg. Took it to another mechanic and had a completely different diagnosis along with saving about $5,000. Do not recommend by any means.
They are becoming like every other Chevrolet service center. They do the bare minimum, or nothing, to address your actual vehicle concerns while trying to upsell several hundred to $1000+ in unnecessary services. Essentially, know that after spending your hard-earned money on a Chevy, you are of no value to them unless you are also willing to be bled dry at every subsequent service! :)
