I had an appointment for diagnostic service. When I arrived, the dark haired woman looked at me and put her head down. I went to her and told her my name. She said that we couldn't wait there because of they don't allow that for diagnostic service. She didn't offer me a ride or shuttle back home, yet, she offered it to another customer the week before. Easy to schedule, time to do the service is what they told me it would take, kept me aware by texting as to what stage they were at with my truck, and honored their coupon for a discount with absolutely no questions. Easy, quick, competitive, on time, and they do what they say they are going to do.

I brought my truck in for warranty work on the suspension. As soon as the service department realized it was warranty work, they didn’t even bother to investigate the issue. Instead, they just called me, said they couldn’t fix it, and told me to pick up my vehicle. If they had actually taken the time to look into it, they would have seen it was just a simple frozen tie rod.
