Very Easy to drop off my Colorado for it's first oil change service dept was super friendly.
Went in for an alignment. After the alignment, I was told the car was driving straight. However, the car was still just as bad as it was when it went in. After paying for the service they then told me that additional work was needed. I had the car to a different mechanic today and he informed me that there is NO WAY an alignment was done and that I had been ripped off by Liberty Chevrolet.
