These guys really worked with us and were extremely kind. We would refer them to anyone, anytime. Keep in mind when looking at the cars on their lot, they have not yet been detailed. Once you find the car that meets your needs and are ready to purchase, they will then detail it. Have an issue with a vehicle you like on the lot? Just tell them and they will work with you to get it fixed prior to sale. We went in skeptics and came out friends, with the perfect vehicle at a perfect price :o)
Had a great experience with Liberty Auto especially when compared to dealing initially with a franchise Nissan dealership (Peoria Nissan). Not shocking to probably anyone but the big-box dealerships still try to get sales through "deceptive and false leaders". Peoria Nissan had a brand new 2015 Nissan Rogue on sale for $16,000 (base model). We love these guys!!!! We walked in and had a very tight budget and specific car needs and they walked us out with more than we could have imagined. They not only gave us an incredible deal, but they took care of the few little issues we had with the car when we looked at it very promptly. They are a very laid back establishment, but know what they are doing and do a great job at it. They are also super friendly! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
I'm a retired nurse on a fixed income, I didnt even think I would be approved especially with my payment limitations, Anthony at Liberty sold me a nice Ford Taurus and its been a fine car, I'm very happy with them especially since they have been servicing the car and several little issues that one would expect with a used car that I was willing to take care of they just did it for me at no charge, it's been a year now, and I have paid less then $200 for the entire year to maintain the car, I really appreciate thier efforts a... read more
I’m a single mother with three children, and I recently purchased and financed a 2007 Dodge Magnum from this dealer, and I must say that I have never had a better experience dealing with a smaller used car dealer, over the years I have had to finance with buy here pay here lots due to my credit issues from an ugly divorcee, and most of them are just rotten to the core, one even called me a few weeks later and told me to come back in and they took my car and kept my down payment, this hurt a lot!!!!! I called about a truck that was on their website. David was very nice. He asked what my down payment would be. I told him probably between $500-1000. He told me no problem and could get me into the truck I was interested in. Sounded great. A few hours later, I called back and spoke with Anthony to get some info about an SUV. I purchased a minivan from this business and they took very good care of me, I was having a difficult time making payments after I had my baby, and they deferred an entire 6 weeks of payments, they are really single mommy friendly.
