April 2026 - The sign on the counter stated Flu Vax available Tuesday 1.30pm and Thursday 1.30pm, I went to the receptionist and asked if I can book for a member of my family, she was nice and gave me an appointment with a card with date and time on it. She said to bring the Medicare card. Dr. Sharon Lim is knowledgeable and caring and team is friendly too.
My family used these services for years and thought that we were receiving great care until COVID hit. There after it felt more like a business than an family practice. Also be aware that if you want your personal details transferred that they will invoice you. Sadly even after paying this they failed to acheive the task. I really wish my interactions with Liberty Avenue Medical Cetre remained positive however my family will not return.
My family have been seeing Dr Nick for years, he has always been professional, caring, knowledgeable he is always a good listener and never in a hurry to rush you out the door ( like most other practices who come across as cold ) does he always run to time not really is this a crime for the quality care you receive no it's not ,so he likes a chat, and sometimes the odd emergency might come in do what my family does ask for a call back and the staff will call you when your the the next to come in I would recommend this practi... read more
