RecommendedI called to make an appointment to test drive a car, and was told there would be no problems. Got there and was greeted warmly and welcomed to the dealership. A salesman asked if there were any questions he could answer and I mentioned I was still researching and was there to test drive one car but a second had caught my eye. If I could give zero stars I would I bought a 2018 wrx premium. I’ve owned the car for about 6 months I put 8k miles on it. I noticed plastic rubbing behind the steering wheel when I would cut the wheel from left to right. I took it to the dealership they told me I had a bent steering column and that the service manager and tech ruled that the bent steering column was not gonna be covered by warranty,even after I told him about the “3 year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper”warranty the car comes with from factory. Took my car new Subaru in for an oil change and tire rotation. They also had a software update for the radio. somehow they managed to break my steering column, and they tried to give it back to me that way. they've lost my trust.

Purchased an auto from them in 2016. Suffered a total loss after an uninsured driver hit and rolled the car. Was sent to Liberty for the GAP claim. Was told that the GAP INSURANCE DEPRECATED and would no longer cover the gap! To add snugly to injury they sent two checks. One for 60 something the other for 900. GUESS WHICH CHECK BOUNCED! I've been worked no with them for 5 months and for what! Called to speak with the owner and he couldn't be bothered to take my call for it would interrupt his meeting.
