I was out looking for apartments, and I spotted a Statue of Liberty from the road that caught my attention. I stopped by for a tour and I had a great experience. I believe that they are under new management, and the manager Mylo is very professional! He accommodated me even though he was on his way to lunch. He was very nice, and the property is very clean and quiet. Very nice size studios for the price! I look forward to moving to Liberty Apartments once my current lease is over!
My apartment is lovely very clean spacious warm comfortable bright . I haven't any roaches . As far as mgmt., they are awesome. Very kind , helpful, pleasant . I'm quite pleased . God , really blessed me. I 've observed maintenance and he really cares about his task and is constant busy and respectful . This is my truth .
Great new management using modern on line communication. I used the maintenance line & got a new air conditioner since old one could not be fixed. ...grocery bus on site once a month is great!
Milo the community manager helps us do the paper works, very accommodating, soft spoken guy. An example of a great manager. Near Walgreen, Target, Max Fried Chicken and Sea Food City, Love living here since 2024.
The manager Milo is amazing! I recently toured and I am very impressed! The property is very clean and well kept I loved the welcoming atmosphere.
