If I could give a zero I would. Just got off the phone with “liberto” he’s a real character. Did we not just experience a pandemic? We paid our bill up to date late fees and all and this is his response “If it has a red lock on it, he owes me money, I’m not going to be wasting my time coming out there”. Husband with receipt in hand. He wouldn’t even give him the time of day. Thanks but no thanks. I will be looking for a pole barn today to get away from your roach infested units!

Absolutely love this place the lady at the front desk was very patient with us while we had to change to a different unit size. The only thing I wish would Polly be to have some specials for repeat customers I understand it's a business and price isn't a bother but it would be cool to have a slight discount like 10% or something.
Went in to inquire about a storage unit to rent on 11/24/2015 at 4:45pm. The lady at the front desk was very nasty and gave us attitude as soon as we hit the door. Left as soon as we walked in the door because of her!
