By far the best gym staff up here. Knowledgeable, caring, encouraging...can’t say enough. Your journey is their journey. You won’t have to go it alone ever again. They have changed our lives for the better.
Won’t find anyone more passionate about health/fitness then these people. They really understand what “you want” and help get you there by teaching you the tools to succeed. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the owner Aaron at a different company and just the way he would treat everyone like they where family and has such a comfortable way of teaching, he was able to change thousands of people’s lives through fitness. Great place to workout at! The staff at Liberation Fitness is very knowledgeable in all that they do. They show you proper techniques to all exercises so that you do the workouts correctly.
