I joined this fitness journey since December 2nd and didn't look back!!! It literally change my life as far as healthy lifestyle and fitness. The coaches/trainers work closely with everyone and meet everyone's goals and expectations! Without a doubt!! I lost 5.7%body fat in 1 month and that tell you something!! Hard work will pay off! This is literally my fitness family.
I love the coaches and the one on one time they devote every class every time! I feel so good on my new meal plan that they set me up on.I have already had sooo many comments on my weight loss progress. Love Liberation Fitness � this place has seriously changed my life in just 3 weeks! I’ve lost weight, cleaned up my diet, and had fun doing it. They are really coaches/trainers that help you understand the why part which I appreciate so much. Liberation Fitness is simply the best decision you can make. The owners are there for you every step of the way. It's not just a gym, its my workout family.
Highly recommend Liberation � they teach you step by step every single work out. It's also pretty fun when there's a big group of people, everyone helps push each other.
We love it at Liberation Fitness. My wife Cindy and I are so happy that we joined.
