I bought a new Tiger XR from Libby's this summer and just took it in for its first service and heated grip install. Both days were painless and smooth. Great bike, treated well. Even when the bike wouldn't start as I was leaving yesterday, and it turned out I just hadn't realized the kill switch was on, they didn't laugh at me too much. To my face, anyway.
I buy groom from Liby's and the customer service was good and now just got raptor 700 going today to pick up my next toys will be the jet sky 4 month coming to get it thanks for all ways make happend
I have been dealing with Libby's since the mid 80's. Parts, service and sales. All top notch. The Libby's family is very good to deal with. I can't forget Joe in service.....I call and ask him dumb questions all the time!
Simply terrible, never get your bike serviced there.

I drove 40 miles to Libby's for some simple parts that I could've gotten at NE cycle center in Hartford had their employees would've done their jobs and take care of their customers. I was greeted at Libby's and they were very friendly and helpful from the beginning. I will certainly take that 40 mile drive again to Libby's than to waste my time at NE cycle center.
