Lianne was an incredible resource for us. Lianne did an amazing job at helping us find a home in a new area. She was there every step of the way, always available, and gave great advice. She went out of her way to help us remotely when we couldn't be on site. With her help the second house we put an offer on on was accepted and we paid 40k less than expected. If I purchase a home again I will be sure to go with her first.
Lianne was very knowledgeable of our area (North Central / midtown) and had great knowledge about the housing market there. She was excellent at communicating what was happening and were never wondering what was going on or when to expect the next step. The sale of our house price-wise went WAY beyond our expectations and Lianne helped us through many of the follow on steps as well. Finally, she worked with us in parallel to try to find a rental property which was a big help.
