The massage itself was excellent, the overall experience was significantly diminished by the conduct of the masseuse, who demanded a 33% tip. This was quite unprofessional and made for an uncomfortable environment. I have noticed this is becoming an ongoing issue at your establishment, and I wanted to bring it to your attention as it negatively impacts the quality of the service as well as future referrals
