My firm was hired by Liam Homes to sell several of their properties in the Cleveland market. Liam Homes owner Udi Perez refused to adhere to the terms of the contract & pay us upon completion of the sale for one of the the homes. My firm, the buyer & the contracted title company have all been ripped off by this company on at least one transaction.
