Liam Carpet's & Rug Cleaning is truly exceptional! When my carpet had a stubborn odor that regular washing couldn't fix, they picked it up from my home in no time and promised it would come back fresh and clean. After a few thorough cleanings and a bit of time, my rug has been restored to its beautiful condition. The price for this service was very reasonable. I'm really grateful to the dedicated team at the company, especially to Micah for their hard work. I look forward to returning for future cleaning needs!

This is only the second complaint I've received in over 30 years of my professional career in carpet cleaning and repair. I have always aimed to provide fair and quality service. The customer in question brought in a Karistan rug, a quality machine-made rug, to our Del Mar facility for cleaning. i arranged for a service on a weekday and was given a slot within the same week. the lady i spoke with over the phone was really friendly and informative. she thoroughly explained the pricing, what the service included, and the time it would take. ashton turned up to clean our carpets and from his polite knock and cheerful expression (visible even behind his mask), i felt comfortable. our appointment was set for a time between 9-10 and he showed up right at 9:01. he placed protective covers on the corners of our walls and di... read more
While a delivery truck was blocking my office, making it difficult for the cleaner to get to the building for our scheduled carpet cleaning on a Friday morning, no blame rests on Ashton, the cleaner, who showed great patience. He proposed to return either Monday or Tuesday morning at the latest. However, I had clients lined up from 9 am on Tuesday morning. I initially met with Ashton, who came to my home to provide a quote for carpet cleaning. Ashton was very friendly and there was no sales pressure at all; he clearly explained the entire carpet cleaning process to me.
