I had my carpets cleaned before a holiday, and Jaime was very accommodating with my changing schedule. Jaime didn't come out personally, but one of the team members handled the cleaning and did an excellent job. The carpet cleaning was detailed and thorough, and the technician explained what was being done and shared helpful tips on how to remove small stains in the future. The whole process was also fast and efficient. I will definitely have them clean my carpets again!
