Do yourself a favor and skip Lia Toyota. My car has been held hostage at Lia Toyota of Northampton since August 19 and its September 15th. A mouse shredded my engine harness and it needed to be replaced. Luckily it was covered by insurance. So they did the estimate, and i signed a contract with my insurance company and Lia Toyota that the money to repair the car would go directly to Lia.
