Avoid this place like the plague. My mother purchased a used vehicle that they have on their lot 25 days ago and she still has not received it. The dealership says they do not have the title, and have not been able to obtain it, and we discovered through the insurance company that there is still a lien on the vehicle that has not been paid. They have been lying to her about why they can't get it, blaming it on the RMV. She has already paid for it and it's unclear if she has any recourse. Do yourself a favor and skip Lia Toyota. My car has been held hostage at Lia Toyota of Northampton since August 19 and its September 15th. A mouse shredded my engine harness and it needed to be replaced. Luckily it was covered by insurance. So they did the estimate, and i signed a contract with my insurance company and Lia Toyota that the money to repair the car would go directly to Lia.
