Great sales experience! We had a great experience working with Tom Pottenburgh and the team at Lia Toyota Colonie when we bought our 2025 Toyota RAV4 PHEV. They were pleasant, responsive, and professional.
Super Satisfied Customer! Lia Toyota is a highly recommended dealership due to the qualification and type of employees that are employed. First and foremost it was Kelly Pagano (Sales & Leasing Consultant) who was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to interface with from the initial offer until we exited the dealership with our beautiful new 2025 RAV 4. If it wasn't for Kelly Pagano I would not likely have purchased our vehicle as quickly and seamlessly as we did.
New 2025 Rav4 Hybrid XSE Worked with Noah Rosenberg to trade in my 2019 Rav4 Hybrid XSE for a new 2025 of the same make model and trim. It was as smooth as butter and I highly recommend working with him if you are interested in purchasing a new Toyota!

Top shelf customer service Brittany Trabona scheduled my same day appointment when my power window wouldn’t go up and freezing rain was forecasted. When I arrived at the dealership I looked for her. She immediately advised me they were running behind and offered me a ride or a car if I chose not to wait. She made the whole process so seamless and called me two hours later to let me know I was all set. What a relief! Super impressed with the customer service.

Michael Richards was awesome Michael Richards took the time with my vehicle and laid out all suggestions and prices and what was urgent and what could wait. He checked in and was accessible for my questions. He applied the coupons I had from online and arranged for a ride to pick up my car when it was completed as I did not have one with my husband having just had surgery. Prices were reasonable and I really liked being able to review everything in a written form.
Good experience! Went in with a clear expectation and I was treated well. Overall great experience.

terrific toyota This dealership aims to please. They answer any questions that you ask and are always professional. They treat you with respect. My only concern is that I was told that my car would have a full tank of gas and be fully charged when I came to pick it up. It did have a full tank but was charged only 15%. I was disappointed with this.
First time Toyota guy !! Having bought a 2024 Tacoma back in June, 2024, in November I was due for the 5,000 mile service! As I drove up , I had no idea what to expect ! A large overhead door opened up and in I went, again no knowing what to expect ! I slowly drove through the building, I came to a stop at other side of said building! At this point in time Naomi Hughes came up and guided me from there to waiting room ( more like a lounge) As the Tacoma only had 2,900 miles on it, it really wasn't much of a 5,000 mile visit! ... read more
