Please avoid Lia Toyota service center. Have been servicing there for several years and it has gone down hill. Wait times you can usually add an hour or more to whatever they say. Last oil change with an appointment was 2.5 hours plus. Recently went for NY state inspection. Again wait time was 2.5 hours with an appointment. It was recommended to replace rear brakes being told they were metal on metal with no pad left and would be needed for NY inspection.
