The service at Lia Toyota of Northampton is excellent. The service representative, Dores Bounphasaysonh, was efficient and personable and did not try to up sell me addition services that weren't necessary. I purchased the extended maintenance plan when I purchased the vehicle at Lia, so there was no additional expense for the service visit. I received the maintenance I requested (oil change and tire rotation) in a timely manner, while I waited at the dealer. They also have a comfortable waiting area with free coffee(!).
Allysa was very helpful and attentive. She kept me informed and worked with the mechanic to get the job done as soon as possible.
I've had 2 service visits within a week at Lia Toyota, Northampton. Dores Bounphasaysonh was my service advisor both times. She is great! Dores is knowledgeable and friendly. She gets the job done. I feel lucky to be working with her and the Service Dept. to help my dear Yaris last as long as possible.
The Toyota workers are helpful, courteous, compassionate and it is a joy to bring the car there for regular check ups
