My car broke down 3 weeks after service. Inspection revealed tires rubbed a hole in the strut! Rear axle broke off! Shop took no responsibility!
I had an oil change and other more extensive work done at Lia. Immediately after my car developed a massive oil leak. It had never leaked oil and I returned to Lia, where they told me I had a leak coming from the engine, and that they had checked their work and it was not due to the oil change. I took it to another shop and they discovered the oil filter had a damaged o-ring that caused the leak.
