Mike was available when I arrived to drop off the car. He was attentive and called me/gave me his cell phone number to call in case I hadn't heard from him (the computers/phones were down that morning). In addition, when I picked up the car, he personally walked me to the cashier's office to show me where to go. thank you, Mike!
I recently had my ‘24 Tundra in for its scheduled maintenance. This was the first time I had Alissa Coulombe as my service advisor. She was excellent from start to finish. When I showed her a concern I had with the molding bowing on one window she addressed it immediately. The part to repair it was ordered and arrived within 2 days. She was able to schedule me the next day and the window was fixed. She even walked with me to my truck to review the repair. A couple of repairs were identified, and we discussed my options to bring my truck into compliance for Massachusetts state inspection sticker.
