Rude and disrespectful people in the ‘service’ department.
Scheduled our appointment online which is simple to do. Arrived a few moments ahead and got signed in and sent to waiting area. About 90 min wait for oil change and cabin filter change. No other issues discovered.
I recently bought a new RAV4 Plug-In Hybrid from Lia Toyota in Northampton. Amir Willoughby, the salesman who guided me through the whole process, did an excellent job. Be sure to ask for Amir if you're in the market for a new Toyota!
