The $289 diagnostic fee seemed excessive, but the repair was ultimately covered under warranty; the service was excellent.
Neil Tata and Michael Witmer are SCUMBAG CROOKS that only care about your money. CONSTANTLY emailing, texting, and mailing stuff to buy my car after only 1 service visit. They probably want my Civic because I actually take care of my car, unlike them. REMOVE MY INFORMATION FROM YOUR SCUMMY MEGA CORPORATION OR I WILL BE PROCESSING A LAWSUIT. These people are a HORRIBLE representation of Honda Motor Company of Japan.
I ordered parts on their website, was charged up front and then heard nothing from them except one email 10 days later saying they were waiting on one back-ordered part. And that's it. I did not receive any further updates and they did not respond to my inquiries via email and their "contact us" form on their website. That was many months ago. I've since gotten the parts from another online dealership for cheaper. Essentially they took my money and ran away. Not happy with this place.
