I purchased my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee about a week ago from Lia CJDR. The purchase experience went very well from start to finish. I first inquired online and coordinated with Ashely to come in and check out the Jeep. When we arrived the Jeep was waiting right by the door for us with our salesman Michael Blair. For anyone seeking place to make new frien-- I mean *fix your car* I highly recommend this place. all kidding aside, in my experience this place is bastion of swift and courteous service. after completing various repairs (way quicker than expected), not one, but TWO employees offered to help me transfer various pieces of luggage into my vehicle. Their help was unnecessary and extremely solid. Thank you to my point-person Richard (who was still in training), and to the bespectacled colleague helping him to learn the ropes.
