We own a condo in Auburn and live in Birmingham. Our hot water heater needed replacing and I needed our HVAC Units cleaned and serviced for the winter. I called LHR and spoke with Lance. Within the hour, he went to our condo and diagnosed our issue and proposed a solution. The hot water heater we needed had to be ordered. Even with having to order the unit, everything was done within two days! Lance has great communication skills and provided excellent customer service. This company is awesome.
