I just requested through the VA to change my future appointments to QTC or VES (the VA's other authorized claim contracts) due to LHI being the most unreliable and inconvenient Medical Group I have ever had to deal with. If you are a Veteran completing your disability claim, request to not be seen by this group. With QTC I was seen and rated within 2 months of submitting my claim request.
