First time there! Security officer was very helpful...Sowers. I had to wait over an hour, but that's the way it goes at a government agency. Spoke to some nice folks, and SSA man was very helpful. Not all were patient, but they were entertaining.
Bad experience and a complete waste of time read the reviews before you come to this place because it’s mostly a bad experience. Wait wait wait then reject and rush because they are behind.
Overall Great experience with visit today !! Walk in available. Security is very helpful. Wait time was about 45 mins.
I was in & out in 15 mins - without any appointment! Security guard was super helpful and my clerk was lovely. Thank you!! (went in on a Thursday around lunchtime.)
