Asked for 2 inches of my hair cut off and got a bob instead. Context: My hairs very long and important to me, goes down to my hips and I just wanted the dead ends trimmed. Hairstylist completely ignored what I asked for and cut it all the way to my collar bone. When I told her I was upset she said she did what was right and saw no problems with it. Horrible experience. Brought my son who likes his hair longer and asked for a trim. Even showed picture example. They gave him a friggen BOB!!! He was so upset. No English she kept calling him a girl even after repeated corrections. Never again. Don’t go Especially if you want what you ask for. Unbelievably ignorant.
Melody gives the best hair cuts. She takes her time, and does great work! Every time I go for a cut I go with confidence knowing she will do a great job.
