Bought my home last August. I have the Maple plan which is quite nice. I only wish that LGI was more ethical in their dealings. I was pressured from the beginning to use their Mortgage, Insurance, Closing companies -- I had already engaged these necessary services. I feel that LGI "had it in for me" since I did not use their recommended contacts. My closing was delayed 10 days as the Mr. Grant Rumble stated to my lawyer that an "NOC" (notice of completion) did not need to be filed. This was a bold faced lie -- it is a ... read more
Critical: Professionalism Integrity is one of their core values. They definitely didn't practice this during our visit. Before visiting the homes, they should give you EVERYTHING up front, not just what you want to hear. Then when you call them out on it, they say they will be back in 3 minutes and leave you at the house to walk back. How professional! If you ever go, be sure to drive your own vehicle to the houses.
