Nice floor plans. Shared lots if information for financing. Friendly staff. The only problem is that of returning calls and call backs for information that they were checking on so an informative decision on buying could be made. We have waited over 2 weeks to be called back or have email/call returned.
My husband's family bought a home with them. Yes, they are beautiful but not made as well as I would want. Not to mention the hoa has way too much control over your home and what you do with or in it. It's crazy. For the same price you can buy a place where nobody can tell you what to do with it. To me your home should be yours and that's all there is to it!
