Our process started out fairly good with cameron who was very helpful. Unfortunately it went down hill fast once he no longer worked there. The person we got after him didn't seem to have any real interest in helping us, didn't really check in with us and overall LGI had an obsession with always just wanting to run credit checks which each time they did our credit was impacted.
