I 100% regret going through this company for solar It’s been nothing but issues for three years! I was lied to by the salesman and my solar system was installed incorrectly and now I’m having to pay $5,000 for repairs to my roof. When you try to call them they don’t ever answer and they don’t return your calls. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
A couple years ago I purchased solar panels and got them installed through LGCY Power. I have never had an issue with until last month. I tried getting ahold of them as per Enphase(the brand of the panels) and I was not able to reach them. I tried for several days to no avail. Finally I was obliged to go the low route, I contacted the finance company and threaten to withhold payment since the equipment was not working properly.
