I had very high hopes, as things started out well. Service quickly declined. The service became inconsistent and inadequate. Very often the weeds were not trimmed or sprayed. Front porch was never blown off. For two weeks, they never entered my backyard. When I inquired as to why, I was told the crew had an incident with my dogs so they were scared to enter the backyard.
