We recently had a vinyl floor replaced in our basement. East Coast Flooring did a great job communicating and scheduling with us and Lowe’s (the vendor) ahead of the project. It was easy to reach an actual human if I had to call with a question or confirm details. Our installer, Leandro, was professional and polite. He went out of his way to make sure we were communicating effectively (English is his 2nd language). He did an exceptional job and paid attention to details. I was so impressed with Leandro. He is true to his vision. Very friendly and accommodating. He is a highly skilled installer, very diligent, clean ( cleans up every evening when he was finished for the day). Excellent work with superb customer service. I would highly recommend him for any floor project.

Leandro did an amazing job. He is fast, efficient, but does a thorough job. He also cleans up EVERYTHING from the job and pays attention to the small details. I will definitely have him do the downstairs flooring when we get to that point.
