Had refrigerator repair in 8/3 of 2024. Failed to process my payment so I mailed two payments to their location in Huntsville, AL to the address on the receipt for the repair. I was told to mail the checks here by an employee. They lost the checks....sent me to collections. I have worked with two "Presidential Liaisons" and trying to get this resolved for 6 months now without any resolution.
