Found this Battery shop on Facebook m.p. In Southgate off of Firestone. Great deal, also some warranty for a used battery. Good service. Will be going back upon needing another battery for other car.

I needed a replacement battery because my battery was weak after 4 years of use. I found this business through a post on FB marketplace. They gave me the hours and asked me to let them know my arrival time. Got there and they had receipt and battery ready for me. Helped me swap it out. I had my 10mm wrenches with me. I call them to purchase a battery , left a message and no reply. To your unprofessional comment the purpose of ratings is to show everyone's experience good or bad. If you want to call it only to vent, it's incorrect. Is to show you , you lack keeping things professional instead you're feelings got hurt and instead of stopping your comment at "we are busy and can't reach everyone at a timely manner" you want to use the word vent for your lack of business ethics towards me.
