Posting for my elderly mother and father who had their 1year old LG refrigerator die on 30 December. Warranty people have been extraordinarily frustrating at best! Three different repair companies have been by over the past three weeks and they still don’t know what is wrong. They have replaced everything but the plastic logo!! I have never witnessed such incompetence and stubbornness by a vendor to pay repair companies twice what the refrigerator is worth to continue work on it with no discussion of replacement. They don't work on LG so if you have one and already have wasted time dealing with LG don't waste any more talking to these guys
