My refrigerator that is less than 2 years old broke. I called LG as it was still covered under warranty. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I was constantly put on hold and lied to. First I was told 24-48 hours for a response including the weekend, then 24-48 not including the weekend, then 72 hours and the 3-5 days.
