I picked up two pairs of glasses today from Helen. My experience was very pleasant from start to finish. It is clear to me that the team is very knowledgeable which made things much easier for me. The selection was plentiful as well. People by from people as a rule, and as such I will keep going back to LF Optical North going forward. Thanks for the assistance and great service. David
I have been with them for 25 years and last week I came to their newer spot as I was with them when they were at the East side when a kind Lulu helped me and over 20 people I sent to to LF. I came to change the lenses on my glasses I bought from Lf not 2 year prior . I did so because I didn’t like anything new compared to my older frames. Outstanding service! Visiting from out of town and unable to go to the optical where I had purchased my glasses, I looked up nearby Opticals with good reviews in the hopes of finding one that would be willing to make adjustments without being a regular customer. I called LF Optical before heading over and they said they would be happy to take a look. I brought three pairs and they were able to adjust them in less than 15 minutes!
