Outstanding service! Visiting from out of town and unable to go to the optical where I had purchased my glasses, I looked up nearby Opticals with good reviews in the hopes of finding one that would be willing to make adjustments without being a regular customer. I can't say enough about the expertise and service in this store. They carry a wide selection of brand name frames, reasonable prices and I have been buying my eye glasses from them for years. Recently my older frame cracked and I went back to order a new pair. I am only able to wear bifocal and always disliked the separation line in the middle of the lenses. Tatiana's knowledge, patience and expertise led me to a round lens, which is almost invisible. I love my new glasses and very thankful to Tatiana.
My family and I have been customers of LF Thornhill for many years. They have the best prices, selection & service. Yesterday I came in to order my husband a new pair of glasses as his broke and they managed to fix them for me on the spot (no charge).
