Brought the car in for a second time for the same issue in which they still couldn't duplicate; therefore, no repair was made. Frustrated but understandable. However, I didn't appreciate the way the service advisor sounded on the phone when he called to let me know that my car was "ready" after not hearing anything from him for three days. To me, he sounded a bit arrogant and wasn't at all helpful nor did he care.
