I was very disappointed with my experience at Lexus of Westminster. They overcharge for almost everything, and what’s worse, they didn’t clearly explain the details of the Sunbit loan they offered for payment — which turned out to have an APR of nearly 30%. That’s outrageously high and feels like a rip-off. I would strongly advise anyone to use a regular credit card or other financing instead of falling for this loan option. Stellar customer service. I had to get something fixed under warranty and they were very communicative throughout the process. Threw in maintenance on the serpentine belt for parts cost only. I think my rep's name was Brandon, he was great. They gave me a great loaner car in the meantime, everything was so easy. I ordered a part through Newport Lexus.
