Had very bad experience trying to do our car maintenance in this service center. I would never recommend this service.
As a service advisor at an indy shop, I know what quality service looks like and the service department here was excellent! I had to take in my 2015 RCF for an ECU update, and Tomas was accurate in his estimated wait time and even over delivered in his service. All staff were friendly, the waiting room was comfortable and had coffee and drinks. Thanks Tomas for the excellent service!
Had my car serviced at Lexus of Westminster. Service handled by Charlie who has been there a while. Charlie was courteous, friendly and a professional. The place was clean, well maintained, and organized, and the people friendly. My regular maintenance was for oil change, tire rotation, change air filter and was very reasonable. I absolutely recommended Lexus of Westminster.
