Wonderful response time. I was contacted by Bill and he sent me a walk around video, scheduled a time to test drive and answered all questions we had. I had a test drive scheduled at another dealership that I cancelled because I liked the response from Bill more. Ended up buying a car from this dealership. Thanks again for a great experience

Hopefully this information can get to the dealership. Enclosing erin told me that “he came with the car“ The following day I had a tech question and I text erin and on his day off, he replied within 45 seconds! The issue was resolved. He’s a great communicator I would not let this valuable employee be idle. You should take advantage of his skills

Answer all my questions and agree to make a few maintenance things requested by me. Very helpful.
I called to purchase the vehicle at its advertised price of $89k and was told they do not do out of state, over the phone purchases. I offered to place a deposit and fly out to finalize in person and was told they could not hold the car. I offered to put down a deposit for the full amp of the car and again was told they would not hold the car. I have a friend that works 30 minutes from the dealership so he offered to come by on my behalf but that wasn’t acceptable either. Two days later the price was changed from $89k to $99... read more
