Haggle Free Purchase Bought my car here and the staff was pleasant to deal with. I didn't have to haggle as much as the Honda dealer back when I was younger. So overall a 5 star for cutting the bs and getting the sale done fast and Efficient
lexus kearny mesa whenever i need to get my car serviced or i just run into an emergency, the staff there are so accommodating and friendly. brett frederickson is my service coordinator and he is the best. he always gets me in and out quickly and always has a loaner car for me to use. the guys that greet me always remember me and help out with all my bags and carseats! oh, and their waiting room is super comfy and stocked with drinks and cookies! always helps!
Great Service! We purchased our Lexus with David at Lexus Kearny Mesa and it was an excellent experience. David was not a "slimy" salesperson and was happy to try to answer our questions about both Lexus and other manufacturers. Normally I hate dealing with buying a new car but this was actually a positive experience. All of our experiences with the service department have been great too. No complaints!
Lexus parts I've come here a couple of different times looking for parts for my mom's Lexus. The parts department is very well maintained and looks awesome. The staff is courteous and very helpful. But from my comparisons, the parts here the pretty much the same parts that you find at a Toyota dealer but a little more expensive since they have the "Lexus" brand on it. If you don't mind spending a little more on these parts, then this is the place for you.
**************** is the poorest in San ********************** ********** ******* representatives are rude and must hate their jobs! They treat me like I am bothering them and are not helpful at all. Wait times are unacceptably long! 3 days to do an oil change?! at least call me and say something. The worst service reps on the planet! This is just the tip! If you can avoid this dealership just move along to the next lexus dealership. Otherwise be prepared to lose money one way or another.

SCAMMERS!!! Warning do nit let your wealthy older parents around these mechanics... they will take them for everything they can. My mom is a 70 year old widow that has no idea about cars. These clowns convince here every visit to get new tires., unnecessary maintenance, and anything else they can think off. Most recently my mom Hit a pothole in the road and broke two clips on the right side of her fende these jokers Told her we would have to replace the entire fender for a good amount of money.
