I agreed on a price with the salesman and ** at this dealership for a car. Booked a round trip ticket to go inspect it before purchase. They ran my credit and everything. Hey everyone – a serious warning about Pembroke Pines Lexus in Florida. Based on my experience with Rohan Alexander and Jorge A*****, I’d strongly recommend avoiding them. Last week, I placed a deposit on a GX 550 with the exact specs I wanted—at MSRP—based on their promise that my deposit would secure that specific vehicle and take it off the market, with a delivery window of 2-3 months or sooner. My wife was ********harassed by one of their employees, who left a power tool in my wife's car in an attempt to ask her out (why would a power tool get in there to begin with?). Their salesmen are as shady as the rest of them. They present themselves well but they are just better at the tricks they pull. ******.
Absolute Nightmare to Deal with. I went in to get oil and tires/routine service after 2 cars and 10 yrs of my business. During their "courtesy inspection" I was told I need a new water pump $2790, he then negotiated down to $2300 when I hesitated then $1800. I went to get 2nd opinion and was told nothing wrong with the car. BAIT AND SWITCH! We were looking for a new car after a car accident and reserved a 2024 Lexus TX on 11/12 (it was at port). I provided my credit card for the $2500 deposit to Kevin who said he wouldn’t charge me since it was a lot but it was reserved. I said it's fine to charge it to make sure to reserve it since there aren’t many of that vehicle. I went to Lexus Escondido today, and the sales guy named **** was trying to rob me by giving me a very low trade in value at 22 thousand, he never inspected the car, he just low valued my trade in from the start.
