Called service department on 5 Jan 2023 to have my battery checked on my 2017 RX350. Given appointment for 6 Jan at 1:15. Showed up at 1:15 and told by person checking in cars that no such appointment was scheduled. He got what I assume was his boss. Told new guy of my concern about battery and appointment. He went to my car and started it and stated my battery is OK. He left my car running and oped the door to exit. He was rude and inconsiderate. Lexus of Dayton: 2012 Honda Odyssey Purchase 4-7-22 On 4/7/22 I purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from the used car facility of Lexus of Dayton. The unit was advertised for $11900 on the internet. I will only purchase and service my Lexus from Lexus of Dayton! They continuously remain the number 1 luxury dealership in the Dayton market for a reason, and it shows through their excellent customer service. I have leased three cars from Lexus Of Dayton over the past three years! I always receive the best customer service throughout the whole leasing process, including when I need my 10k service. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, Lexus Of Dayton is the place to go!

Horrible Customer service. I have been waiting 2 months for a refund for the cancellation of their first mile program. I have been lied to several times about the check being sent.. still have never received the payment. Still being told even from the manager Aron that the check was sent and my bank has never received it. I will never bring my Lexus to this location. They do not care about their customers at all.

I purchased car 5/31/21 the financing done 7/15. Won't send title to renew tags. Deal was back dated and payment late. Told to send payment to them but finance company has me late with payment due 6/30.

Bought an add on insurance policy against all kinds of damage, at time of purchase was told can cancel anytime for a prorated refund. Had a very small claim as was unhappy with the process. The dealer would not issue me my refund. Not would they return my numerous calls and emails. Had to file a claim with Lexus corporate. This is Fast Eddy's used car lot for God's sake it's a Lexus dealership and I bought the most expensive car they sell. AVOID this horrible dealership.
